Brief Answer: No further treatment is needed. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank you for posting your query. I have noted the details of your son. I would like to reassure you that there is no need to worry about this fracture. In a child, the fracture heals very fast and by now, it must have totally healed. Do you have any x-rays or CT scan to show that it has not healed? Also, the brain would continue to grow and develop in a child. So, in my opinion, no further medicines are required at this stage. I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information. Brief Answer: Thank you for getting back. Detailed Answer: Normal diet should be continued, especially diet rich in protein. I would be pleased to see the CT report (when available), however, PGI is a reputed institute. Best wishes, Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM (Neurology)
