Question: I recently had a health event related to sleep apnea and a defective machine cause tachycardia. Doctor prescribed bulstar 7.5mgX2 a day due to anxiety for health issue. Since I have had a new sleep machine overall my heart issues have gotten much better so that's not my main concern. Doctor felt anxiety kicked in so increased Lopressor to 50mgX2 and my pulse is pretty good now

Since taking bulspar I feel stomach butterflies all day long. I understand all the things I read points to Anxiety. I even was checking my pulse all the time like OCD, I have since quit checking. all blood panels were good, sugar 95, Cholesterol 155. Is there any interaction I may be experiencing causing these butterflies. I don't panic for air, don't have large increases in pulse maybe up to 95. Its this gut feeling and I read about rebound anxiety and too much serotonin . Im almost completely well, just need to know if these daily butterflies out of no where are normal or do I need to seek out someone to talk too specializing in anxiety.Basically how do I get rid of them? Never had anxiety in life, only been happening since Feb 2015 after tachacardyia event

Brief Answer:
Occur due to inadequate blood flow towards stomach

Detailed Answer:
Hello

My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Such sensations arises when inadequate blood flow occurs towards stomach which occurs during stress/stressful conditions because during stress blood flow occurs more towards the vital organs of the body. Control on anxiety & tachycardia automatically controls these sensations. If you think that bulspar is not helping you that much then you can discuss with your treating doctor to change your current medication to a stronger one which will overcome this issue.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
