Question : sir i am 32 years male
for past one month iam wetting my bed in sleep some days. i dont know why iam doing
can u give sugestion what i want to do next.

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible nerve issue.
You need to be tested with MRI LS spine.
Ideally , I would suggest admission and a detailed examination of the spine and anal reflexes.
Unfortunately, that cannot be done on this forum.
