Brief Answer:
Avoid stimulation at night

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us
Kids generally follow parents. It is better for everyone in the family to start sleeping early. Turn off lights early.
Try bedtime stories.
A warm bath before bedtime can induce sleep very well.
Avoid stimulating activities like TV, electronics gadgets at bedtime.
Let her play with toys which is fine. Keep only a few toys in bedroom. Rest should be kept away till morning.
Don't worry, sleep pattern will change with time.

Dr Arun
