Question: IN COTINUATION OF MY QUESTION DT 07/12/2014 I AM SUFFERING WITH ANXIETY , GASTROUBLE AND NECK PAIN INADDITION TO CHEST PAIN FOR WHICH STENTS ARE DEPLOYED 12 MONTHS AGO. ANXIETY AND WALKING ALSO PUTTING LOAD ON MY HEART . IF I USE TRIKA 0.25mg EVERY THING WILL BE ALRIGHT. EVEN WHILE I AM DISCHARGING DUTIES IF I FEEL ANY SHORT BREATHNESS OR HEART BURNING OR ANY STRESS TRIKA GIVING ME RELIEF. FOR EX YESTERDAY I HAVE TAKEN 0.25mg TRIKA WHEN IFELT UNEASINESS ON LEFT SIDE OF MY BODY. TODAY ALSO IWALKED WITH OUT ANY PAIN ON MYLEFT SIDE OF THE CHEST .NO NECK PAIN .NO BREATHING PROBLEM .MY BODY IS VERY LIGHT. PLASE GOTHROUGH MYPROBLEM THOROUGHLY AND ADVISE ME THE REASONS/REMIDIES

I had gone through your question very diligently and I can understand your concern
Looking at your history this could be caused by excessive stress and anxiety leading to insomnia and Sleeplessness

I would advise you to follow alternative methods (other than drugs) for your problem
1. You should go out for exercise regularly like brisk walking or swimming
2. Deep breathing and relaxation exercise
3. Avoid day time sleeping
4. Have light dinner and go to bed with a cheerful mind
5. You can start a light music
6. Yoga and meditation is advisable under guidance of an expert

For gas trouble you can take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole with antacids
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
Have lots of fluids, fresh fruits and dietary fibers

If it doesn't help you then please consult your doctor as such trika is addictive, you may get addicted after use for long duration

I HAD GONE THROUGH YOUR ANSWER . MANY THANKS FOR YOUR SUGGESTIONS.I AM USING TRIKA 0.25mg FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS. BUT NOT REGULARLY. ONLY AT CRITICAL STAGE.I AM WORKING AS DY MANAGER IN A PUBLIC SECTOR BANK IN WHICH I HAVE TO WORK FOR 10 HOURS BEFORE COMPUTER. NECK PAIN WILL APPEAR ON WORKING DAYS AND AT THE TIME OF WALKING.AS YOU SAID I AM FOR WALKING FOR 40 MINUTES. BREATHING EXCERCISE ALSO STARTED.NOW MY QUESTION IS IS THERE ANY RELATIVITY BETWEEN IHD ,TROUBLE IN WALK AND RELIEF IN USING TRIKA.PLEASE ADVISE INTHIS REGARD

So you should slowly increase your stamina for exercise

There is an alternative available in market like zolpidem which causes less drowsiness and next day effects

You should correct your posture and gait while sitting in chair, standing up or walking.
You can use cervical collar for neck pain and to keep at straight and relaxed

Take breaks in between while working for long hours on computer screen
