Question : I have excess gas and tingling in my penis head only; no urination pain or discharge; the tingling is more pervasive when I have to use the bathroom and my stomach is slightly bloated. I had oral sex 1.5 weeks ago (5 to 10 minutes) and I was out of Country in Mexico and did some real heavy weight lifting 225+ pounds multiple reps. Does this read familiar to any other cases you have encountered?
