Brief Answer:
Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo management.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It looks like you are suffering from benign paroxysmal positional vertigo BPPV a condition when tiny particles break loose and fall into the wrong part of the vestibular system in the inner ear, stimulating the nerves that detect head rotation.
It may be of degenerative causes due to aging.
Your doctor may advice you physiotherapy to cope with symptoms also can use anti emetics.

Some positional maneuvers aim to move the crystals out of the semicircular canal of the inner ear and into an area of the inner ear where they no longer cause dizziness.
You should seek help to your doctor in order to prevent from possible fall even though it can subside with time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
