Question: Hello, I am 16 weeks pregnant and have slight pharyngitis along with vaginal fungal infection. My OBGY has prescribed the following meds. Is it safe to have these medicines and will it have any harmful effects on the growth and development of my baby?
For Pharyngitis: Dolo 650 1 tab for 3 days, Taxim-O 200 mg BID for 3 Days and Ranitidine QD for 3 days.
For Vaginal infection: 1 Zocone 150 mg 1 tab, Candid CL vaginal suppository for 6 days.
I also had fever before I was diagnozed with pharyngitis.
