Brief Answer:
Good health condition

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I have gone through the report and here are my suggestions

1. Your liver function is slightly deranged. If you are in the habit of drinking alcohol I recommend you to stop it immediately. I also recommend you to get an ultra sound of the abdomen done to rule out fatty liver. I also recommend you to get Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C panel checked

2. Your lipid profile is also deranged, it does not require any tablets as of now. You will need a few lifestyle modification, please avoid eating food rich in fat, try to lose weight. I also suggest you to exercise daily, for a minumum of 45 min a day in the form of running, swimming or cycling.

Rest of the parameters are within normal limits and requires no treatment

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards

Brief Answer:
Fatty liver

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back

Fatty liver is usually benign and it wont be of any problem. But since your SGOT and SGPT is raised it shows that there are early changes.
Here is what you should do

1. Please avoid alcohol as much as possible
2. Avoid food rich in fat
3. Exercise daily, especially bending exercises
4. Try to reduce your waist line

I usually give my patients metformin tablet, please approach your doctor with my suggestion

Regards
