Following advice...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

First of all you are having a slightly elevated BP which doesn't need to use four baby aspirin. The recommended dose is only one baby aspirin per day.

Secondly you don't need to restrain from swimming, on the contrary moderate exercise will help you to control and stabilize your BP.

Moreover if you were my patients I would also suggest the folloing measures to help you stabilize your BP:
- Avoid using caffe, energy drink and alcohol
- Quit smoking
- Avoid unnecessary stress
- Loose weigh
- Use chamomile tea
- Avoid salty food

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
