Detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

You didnt specify the units of this results. I assume that your ALT is 64 U/l, bilirubin is 1.3 mg% and Alkaline Phosphatase is 130 U/l.
Your liver tests results indicate only slight elevation of mentioned enzymes. Such results are usually caused by fatty liver. Please note that this enzymes are around 1000 in case of serious liver disease and blilirubin level higher that 2-3 is a reason to concern.
I suggest you to have abdominal ultrasound done to confirm fatty liver issue and rule out possible gallstones.
If you want to improve your liver condition, you should make your diet healthy. Start with avoiding fatty foods, spicy foods, alcohol. Increase vegetables intake.
Liver tests should be repeated in a month.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
