Brief Answer:
No need for any treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I would not suggest you to get it operated. This is a congenital problem and no surgery can improve the size of bone. Anyway you are not having any problem in function. I would suggest you to avoid doing any thing for it. Some time getting surgery can make things worst then present condition.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other follow up questions.
Thanks

Or is there any thing that can increase my muscle in left thigh so that both the legs looks symmetric ? I'm feeling very bad every second seeing my leg. This problem has come when doctor has given me an over dosage of polio drops. Can you please suggest me with this. At least is there any way to increase my thigh muscle by any treatment ?

Brief Answer:
Plastic surgery can help you

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If you just want cosmetic improvement than a Plastic surgeon can help you. He can transfer some muscles from other part same like breast augmentation or some silicone implant. I would suggest you to meet a Plastic surgeon who is practicing aesthetics.
I would just want to forbid to do any procedure on bone.
Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks.
