Suggest Treatment For Slipped Disc And Back Pains

Question: Hello, Good Morning.

This is XXXX. I have a query to Orthopaedic Specialist.

I am suffering from slip disk problem since many years. I have consulted few Ortho specialists and they suggested to take rest wen i get pain and there is no proper medicine for it.

But wen i get back pains, it will be horrible, i will not be able to move any part of my body. I will not be able to sit and sleep and move. It would be there 2 to 3 days and then it comes down by taking just bed rest.

Can you please suggest me if any other alternative solution for this issue. It would be more helpful as i get the pain very frequently these days.
