Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Exercise has been shown to have refreshing and re-energizing effects on the body in addition to a host of other benefits which includes mental fitness too.

I have noted your hypothyroidism history.
Feeling sluggish is one of the symptoms of an under-active thyroid.
In this regard it is important to comment that your thyroid must be in order , for you to feel best.

So I encourage you to see an endocrinologist in-person who will have the opportunity to examine you and order appropriate tests. This will allow confirmation of your current thyroid status.

When I see someone like you in my practice, I typically order the following tests in addition to a detailed physical examination:

CBC
Electrolytes
Calcium
HbA1c
Liver function tests
Kidney function tests
TSH
Free T4
anti TPO (Thyroid Peroxidase) antibodies
anti Thyroglobulin antibodies
25 hydroxy Vitamin D
