Black spot which is itchy in nature could be a fungal infection, however to know better I would want you to attach a picture of it and send.

I think you are unable to upload a picture

If it's a black spot which is not itching and not growing in size then it could be just a mole,it does not require any treatment . Meet a dermatologist soon for further assistance
