Question : hi doctor,

i have a small boil on my scalp. I've attached the images with this query. It has been like there for the last two years or so. I neglected it as it's small and I thought it will go with out any medical attention. But its not getting cured.

It does not generate pus. But i can't keep the dead skin around it, I take away the dead skin around it when ever I touch it. I know its not good to disturb it, but I can't restrain from doing it. It pains (very little) for couple of days after doing that. Some times it generates some liquid (very little, just my finger gets wet, may its blood). I do head bath every three days or so.

Please suggest we here. Shall I consult a dermatologist.
