Question : I nave small boils on left forearm. They do not burst but remain for some and disappear. I play golf and apply sun protection cream. Some friends say that it is not a good sign and should not be neglected. My physician says that it is part of sun burn. Can you advise? I am a moderate user of alcohol.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions. It seems likely that you might be having photodermatitis due to chronic sun exposure but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.
Therefore, I insist you to post good clinical pictures to me so that I can help you in a better way.
