Suggest Treatment For Small Cut On The Foreskin Of My Penis

Question: So I had a small cut on the foreskin of my penis because I don't use lubricant when I masturbate. I eventually just masturbated even though it hurt(couldn't help myself). Then had sex with someone but someone else I've had sex with is fine and so is the other person so I'm really considering it's not an Sti but I'm too afraid to go to the doctor. There's a small blister and after I noticed it I made sure I kept it extra clean due to me having been lazy before (not cleaning up inside after I would masturbate). After a week even with it there I thought it would start subsiding and so I masturbated but that the middle became a little red. not a bloster but looked puffy. I've been reading everywhere of the different things it could be such as balanitus or maybe an Sti but I've been looking at so many symptoms for sti's and looked at so many pictures it doesn't strike me as one. Help me :(

Its been 2 weeks. Im 24 and im XXXXXXX I have had unprotected sex with 2 different guys but the last person I fucked has no symptoms and the one before that did me has no symptoms either. My penis was sore from masturbating too much and i wasnt maintaining a good hygiene down there and then the one blister happened. After refraining from masturbating for a week i decided to then then something felt uncomfortable after i finished and then notice the canal where i urinate from looked a little puffy and pink

Please clean area with warm water twice daily.
Apply topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin.
It is better to go for STDs tests as you have multiple partners after consulting your doctor.
