Question : Hi about a week ago I have noticed these patches on my penis and scrotum they are small didnt itch to much till recently ! What could this be an STD ??

Not looking like a std

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is not looking like astd.
It seems to be either eczematous reaction or psoriasis.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily for 10-14 days
