Question : I have a small lump in the top of my navel. It does not hurt, but it is hard. I am doing fitness and also train my abs. What is it?

It could be Para umbilical hernia.

Hi
As per your description, it looks like Para umbilical hernia.There will be a small defect/hole above the navel.Commonly,fat from inside comes through the defect and felt as hard mass beneath the skin.
There is no medical treatment for this. Surgery has to be done .
It can be confirmed by Ultrasound abdomen.
Please consult a Surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
