Question : Small, hard painful lump associated with elbow joint. I've had it 10-14 days without improvement. No trauma to explain it. Sometimes hot to the touch. Should I see a doctor?

Brief Answer:
Yes, you should consult a doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please attach a photo of this lump? Do you have fever?

From you description this lump is painful due to inflammation. It may be a kind of abscess. If so, it should be incised and drained. You should definitely consult a doctor. General surgeon is the best choice.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
