Question : I am 28yrs married, my penis size s 4.7@ erect stage (2.1 @flaccid) testicle size is so small, sperm quantity is so small. What I can do my problem. How increase my penis and testicles

But see, first of all, while erect , your penis size is 4.7" and 2.1" while flaccid. In average XXXXXXX males, the penis size is generally between 5.5-6". So your size is not very small, and obviously not a micropenis (<2.75") when you might have problems with sex and impotence might result. And, size of flaccid penis hardly matters, though yours is of a near normal size. You will not have problems with sex and impotence, but if you still want increase your size, there are some physical techniques like vacuum penis pump by which basically the blood supply increases and thus penis size may increase. The pills and surgical techniques have no proven advantage till date, but may have serious complications, so better be avoided.
Well now for the testicles, human testes are about 15-25ml in volume. If yours are in this range, you need not worry.
Also, according to the latest guidelines, seminal fluid of even 1.5 ml is enough to produce a proper fertilisation if the other factors of a sperm analysis results like sperm count, movements, maturity of sperms etc are normal. So, i would suggest you to consult with your doctor, get a sperm analysis done and according to the results, your treatment, if any required, might be started.
