Question : Hello,
I have some small spots on my stomach around the belt line and a few under my arms. They are about the size of a pinky nail and started out rough like dry skin. They started itchy but are not anymore. I am now feeling itchy on my head and neck at times but no rash in those areas.

One possibility is that this could be a fungal infection.

I have uploaded a few photos and forgot to mention I had it under my breasts as well. I thought it was from detergent but when I got it on my stomach I thought maybe not

It does seem like a fungal infection.
I suggest you to try an OTC topical antifungal cream e.g clotrimazole 1% cream, twice daily.
In addition you may take a tablet of cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
