Posted on Tue, 21 Feb 2017
Question: I get some small round red cuts on my stomach area. They are not painful, no itching, and no burning. They bleed a little then they scab up and go away. I also get tiny red dots around my body which I think are popped blood vessels. Are these serious diseases and what is causing these to happen? I am very healthy person.

Please give details and post actual photographs as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history well and understood the concerns.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Please post the clear and focused pictures long shot of abdomen and very clear close up of the lesions as it helps in on-the-spot diagnosis.
Also do a small test: Put a small glass like a lens or something, press on the red spot and see if it vanishes completely or not.

Brief Answer:
As explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the photographs and the simple tests you did.
These are suggestive of folliculitis.
I would advise you the following:
Apply liquid Povidone Iodine locally to keep the skin sterile so that folliculitis is reduced.
If this alone does not help you may get a prescription of an antibiotic for the skin problem from your local Doctor.
Does not look to be a serious disease.
Please get the blood CBC and Sugar tests.
