Question : Today I noticed 2 small red spots on my bottom lip, I now have a tingly feeling in the left corner on my bottom lip what could this be?

You can barely see it but its there.. I have reccently been diagnosed with type 2 herpes it possibly i habe picked up both? It looks like im starting ti get a red mark on my too lip as well

Apply topical antibiotic

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment on the affected areas of the lip twice daily for 4-5 days.
This should help in resolving your infection.
