Brief Answer:
You can wait for a couple of weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Small sores and bumps in side the cheek are usually apthous ulcers, teeth bites / trauma while brushing or at the the opening of the parotid salivary gland duct.

2. If you can upload clear, close-up images of the sore area inside the cheek, it will help.

3. If it persists, increases in size/ number or new symptoms develop (such as severe pain) beyond two weeks get it examined either by a dentist or an ENT Specialist.

4. Local application of a mouth gel, baking soda or medicated gargles will be useful.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
