                                    Brief Answer:
Suggestive of yeast infection
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for sharing the snaps & writing me back.
I would suspect angular chelitis which simply means redness and superadded infection( yeast or bacteria). This is primarily caused by Vitamin B deficiency and iron deficiency.
I would ask for a complete blood count to rule out iron deficiency.
In your case the whitish discoloration is due to yeast infection. I would confirm yeast infection by doing a lab test - KOH (potassium hydroxide) preparation. If it is positive I would recommend topical antifungal preparations (nystatin). I would also recommend medically approved vitamin B supplements(in your country).
Here are a few tips to relieve acidity-
Recommend antacids(rabeprazole 20mg) once daily before breakfast for 6 weeks to relieve acidity. This is available over the counter.
Avoid oil, fatty and spicy food.Have light dinner at night. You’re your dinner at least 2 hours before you go to bed.
Increase the height of head end of the bed by 2 inches.
Few suggestions to relieve constipation-
Drink plenty of oral fluids.Fresh fruits and vegetables add fibre which ease the motion of your bowel. Personally recommend Ispaghula husk granules which a high fibre supplement.
If you feel urge to have a bowel movement, never delay it.
If your constipation is not relieved by the above then it needs to be treated with laxatives in consultation with a physician.
Hope this answers your query.
