Question : Hi,
I relocated from XXXXXXX to XXXXXXX last year. From last few days(10-15 days) I am having sneezing in the morning when I wake up. About 10 sneezes, its not cold or cough.

I feel like this is due to city as when I travelled recently to a different city I didn't had any sneezing.

Please could you advise on this or some OTC medicine I can try.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having allergic rhinitis due to change in environment .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily &
Tab Allegra at night for 20 days .

Allergy will subsides within month .
