Brief Answer:
Sneezing and mild vomiting is normal in this age

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

I do understand your concern.
Sneezing and occasional small amount of vomiting is normal in this age.
In small babies the sphincter which controls regurgitation of feed from stomach is not mature enough. So small amount of vomitus after feed is normal.
I suggest you to burp properly and to keep the baby in upright posture for few minutes after each feed.
Sneezing is also normal in this age and no specific treatment is needed.
I wont get overly worried if vomiting is not too frequent,it is small in quantity, there is no breathing difficulty, baby is active and accepting feeds well.

Wishing for your baby's good health.
Please let me know if you have any more query.
