Suggest Treatment For Social Anxiety

Yes that could occur due to anxiety.
Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking
I can understand your concern. There could be many possibilities for the symptoms your are having. Stress and social anxiety results in activation of autonomic system and this could lead to symptoms like sweating.
But some medical issues like hyperthyroidism could also lead to similar picture. I hope you have got your thyroid function tests done. If that came normal then we can rule out this cause easily.
Your ENT work up found nothing so any organicity is ruled out.
Symptoms like blocked ear, headaches, dizziness along with sweating in armpits which is more in day time could be explained easily by anxiety. Occurrence more in day time also favours social anxiety.
To get opinion I'd advise you to consult a psychiatrist. Drugs like beta blockers like Propranolol can be used. The drug will help in anxiety in social situations, will reduce the sweating and will calm you. If needed regular treatment will be advised.
Please consult a psychiatrist for opinion.
Thanks, Take care

Detailed Answer:
Hello again
I suppose your routine blood work has been done and it's normal. I'd advise you to get Vitamin B12 and D levels done. Deficiency of both these is responsible for worsening of anxiety symptoms.
Yes for first few weeks you have to take daily in morning after breakfast but after about 4 weeks you can continue to take on SOS basis especially in anxiety provoking situations or worsening of symptoms.
The drugs are safe to use and have no serious adverse effects if taken under regular consultation of a doctor. There is no abuse potential.
