Suggest Treatment For Soft Tissue Injury After A Fall
Question: My husband and i had a fight at the park and he pushed me and I fell on tar in the park on my behind. Now the bottom of my right behind hurts and my stomach I guess from nerves. Do you think I could have caused damage? Please let me know I have a lot of anxiety now.

You may have got some soft tissue injury on bottom of your right behind. No need to worry much. Its treatment is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. It will gradually resolve. Vitamin B and C help in recovery. You may be hurting stomach due to acidity caused by anxiety. It is treated by Omeprazole taking empty stomach. As you have anxiety. Anxiolytic such as alprazolam reduces anxiety.

My lower back is a little sore also but no pain - it happened 9 hours ago - my neck is achy which I get when I get upset. I can bend up and down and to each side.
