Brief Answer:
Varicose veins or hematoma seem most probable.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please attach a photo of it? It would be much easier to give good answer.
Do you take any anticoagulants? Have you had any injury of this area recently?

Lump which appears quickly is usually filled with fluid. It can be a varicose vein (enlarged vein) or hematoma. Hematoma is a presence of blood outside the blood vessels. It may sometimes appear due to light injury or even without any injury. It is more possible if you take any medicines for blood clotting or have had varicose veins before.

Always the best way to find out about the nature of such lump is to perform soft tissues ultrasound. If its hematoma, might be drained. Varicose veins is not a dangerous issue but can be fixed with surgery.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
