Brief Answer:
Physical examination is required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concerns.

In my opinion you should go to the ER to get examined.
You also may need a chest X-ray to exclude rib fractures especially if the pain in your right ribs is worsens when you take a deep breath ,press on the injured area or
bend your body.
Considering the injury it is important to exclude rib fracture.

Hope it was of help.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind Regards!
