Question: I have a sore on my penis it is small and looks like partially scab over but raw in one place I have not had sex for two weeks but only with my wife I am 70 and she is 60

This may be balanitis.

Since when have you got this sore?
Any itching, pain, bleeding?
Have your applied anything locally? Or taken some medicines?

I noticed some pain two days ago I have not treated I tried pictures but unclear as I stated it is red with a small scab and a raw spot with no scab. I was in a bathing suit on the all day when I noticed a little irrational starting. Today is the first time I looked closly
