Brief Answer:
Can be aside effect of medicine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
The symptoms can be due to side effects of medicines .
Such symptoms can be due to Iron or Vitamin B12 deficiency.

So consult a Dentist and get an oral exam done..

For now to reduce soreness gargle with lidocaine containing mouthwash like magic mouthwash and do cool water rinses.
Sucking ice lolly can help..

Hope this helps..
