Question : I have a small pimple like white head on the tip of my breast that is getting sore to the touch.
56 yr old male. Anything to worry about?

Seems to be pyoderma, apply topical antibiotic

It could be pyoderma which is infection of the skin. I would recommend you to apply a topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment on the affected area twice daily for 5-7 days. If it doesn't show improvement in a week's time consult a doctor and get it examined.
