Question : I have a sore rectum on the left side because I have completed radiation treatment three months or so ago.I do sitz baths and take Immodeum. What else can I do?

Additionally you should take high fiber diet.
You may need antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines after clinical evaluation.
You may also need local application of hydrocortisone or local anaesthetic creams. Hydrocortisone is used to decrease inflammation.
