Brief Answer:
Most probably Pearly penile papules

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM..

I read history and looked at photo you uploaded. I deeply feel that most probably the lesion you have on penile glans in circular pattern may be most probably pearly penile papules..also called hirsutoid papillomas. The papules appear as one or several rows of small, pearly or flesh-colored, smooth, dome-topped bumps situated circumferentially around the corona or sulcus of the glans.

It is a benign condition. So, do not worry.

Pearly penile papule is an anatomical variation and is not sexually transmitted disease. It not pre malignant or malignant condition. It should not be confused with wart...a viral skin disease.

It remains harmless life time. So, no treament is required.

Still, if you wish to get treatment, CO2 laser vaporisation or electrocautery may be considered.

However, you consult dermatologist personally for firm diagnosis. You discuss about its management. And get perfect treatment...

I hope this would help you.

If you have any more queries, feel free to ask..

Thanks.

Wishing you healthy life.
