Brief Answer:
Did you recently have sex?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed the attached image. This seems like healing wounds following probably a rough sex encounter. If you had sex in the past few days, then this is the most likely cause. If you didn’t have any sex, then please inform me to explore further and see what else could be the issue. At this time, these symptoms mostly indicating towards trauma during sex.
I will encourage you to cleanse the penis with an antiseptic such as iodine and keep it at that only. Do report the progress to me.
I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
Regards

A couple of days ago.
I am in a stable monogamous relationship and had unprotected sex for over a year. My partner has HVS although did not have a breakout for a while.
Could it be Herpes?

Brief Answer:
Not likely!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This is not suggestive of herpes at this time. Herpes would often develop to fluid filled cavities/blisters that eventually open and create clean ulcers. If this happens then, we will need to get you tested for this.
If your partner also has any active lesions, then we may be better off getting you on prophylactic treatment with antivirals.
I hope this helps. I wish you well.

Brief Answer:
If your wife has active sores at this time or had them recently....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If your partner has any active sore at this time, testing and treating for herpes is recommended.
If she doesn’t have active sores, then I will recommend testing alone at this time for herpes.
I hope this guides and helps. Keep me updated!
