Brief Answer:
Sore throat following oral sex common. Not necessarily due to STD

Detailed Answer:
HI,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

Negative VDRL, HIV, Hepatitis A and B 2 after the sexual activity assures you that you are free from Syphilis, HIV and Hepatitis with your previous activities dated back to 3 months before these tests and has nothing to do with the present exposure as the window period of these diseases ranging from 4-12 weeks after the exposure.
But oral sex carries a low risk when compared to anal sex and vaginal sex.

Sore throat following oral sex not necessarily be due to STD/HIV causes. Sore throat is a common illness for anybody. That too following a oral sex non STD bacterial infection can occur easily. Consult an ENT Specialist and get well soon. Itching of the body might be due to your anxiety.
Get screened once again for STD/HIV 12 weeks after the oral sex which will be expected to come nonreactive and you will get relieved totally.

Brief Answer:
Herpes infection is a possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Two lesions seems to be herpes lesions below the lower lips.
Some other lesions near beard seems like folliculitis. Close inspection by a Dermatologist can fix the diagnosis.

Brief Answer:
HSV 1 can be cured easily, if the diagnosis is had been proved

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
The diagnosis suggested after seeing the picture would not be final. Only close and direct inspection of the lesion (if necessary with investigations) leads to correct diagnosis.
Herpes simplex infection are two types. HSV 1 and 2. HSV 1 is usually non venereal and HSV 2 is always a STD. HSV 1 can occur with kissing. The lesion below lower lip is unlikely to be due to STD (HSV 2). HSV 1 can occur even to a child. It is a common infection. Not a life threatening one and can be cured easily with appropriate drugs if the diagnosis is proved. Nothing to worry. Consult a Dermatologist.

Brief Answer:
Skin lesions are nothing serious and tacked easily with drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.
Herpes is not a frightening infection. Drugs are there to tackle. But this could be something else also.
If you have any more doubts to be cleared you are free to ask.
Otherwise you can close this conversation and follow the advice of your Dermatologist with regards to your skin condition and consult the ENT surgeon for throat problem if it persists.
Get well soon.
