Brief Answer:
Seems likely upper respiratory tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you are suffering from an acute attack of upper airway infection which may be allergic or infective but in any case need management with anti histamines like cetrizine or loratidine and nasal decongestants. It may also need antibiotics course like of azithromycin or augmentin for few days.

Using oral glycerine for the oral symptoms on your tongue may be needed before starting an anti fungal like nystatin on the tongue to avoid any superimposed fungal infection on tongue.

Taking steam and hot beverages may help with the symptoms. Avoid exposure to cold envoirnmnt directly and avoid greasy meals and sour or fizzy drinks. If needed get a detailed ENT examination if possible. Meanhwile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can also be used for symptomatic relief.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
