Question : I am having a sore throat from the past one week which activates after having something cold or spicy & then turns normal but, now it is aggravating. Which medicine should I take?

Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Plenty of fluids ,
Paracetamol 500mg thrice &
Macrolide Antibiotic azithromycin 500mg once daily .

I was suffering from the same problem 3 months ago for which I reported to my doctor & he diagnosed it as "acute urticaria". can this help u in prescribing my medication?
He also prescribed me tablet fexy 120 along with paracetamol and azithromycin when I had consulted him 3 months ago
