Question : I have a sore throat and cold since yesterday. Thick mucus when I blow my nose but no cough yet.

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Plenty of fluids , Steam Inhalation twice daily ,
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily like triguard ,
Antihistaminic levocetirizine at night,
Paracetamol 650mg for pain twice daily &
Tab Vitamin C twice daily to promote healing .

continue full course of clavum as advised by your doctor.

You will get relief.
