Brief Answer:
Salt water gargling, lozenges, Ibuprofen

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your.
It is difficult to say whether it is tonsillitis or not without examination. It would be better to see doctor for examination.
Is there a tonsilar swelling which is visible to you? Is there any congestion? If possibly upload the picture for better assessment.

Presently I would suggest you to drink plenty of water especially warm water. Warm Salt water gargling 3 to 4 times a day. Eat smooth foods, such as flavored gelatins, ice cream. Suck lozenges like strepsils or cofsil 3 to four times a day. Take over-the-counter pain relievers such as acetaminophen ( 500 mg twice daily) or ibuprofen for 3 days.
If the symptoms persist after 3 days or worsens, I would suggest you to see ENT specialist.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
