Brief Answer:
some investigations are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an ENT specialist. Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
2. Throat swab culture.
The above mentioned investigations may be helpful in planning appropriate antibiotic for your infection. You may add an antihistamine like Fexofenadine 120 mg once a day and an antibiotic eye drops for relief from your symptoms. A painkiller like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg will help in relieving pain.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
