Brief Answer:
Do you use protective instruments: Glasses, masks, etc.?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

These substance are generally corrosive and require that you avoid inhaling them. This is the reason why you need to put on protective eye glasses and masks to avoid inhaling them. If this isn't done, do it. If you still have symptoms while applying protective measures, you might not be doing this right. Ask for help and get them correctly put on. If all these fail, you may need to switch jobs to avoid constantly exposing the body as this might put you at risk for future lung infections and maybe growths of the respiratory passages.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.

Hi, I haven't used gloves all the time. I've been doing it for about a year now. What sort of growths do you speak of? Could I already be dieing? I'm only twenty seven... I will ensure to wear masks, and abide with all other precautionary steps you mentioned...

Brief Answer:
You are not dying at this age!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Growth in most cases will occur after several years of exposure. You are not there yet. The best thing at this time is to use all precautionary measures so as to stay safe and be healthy for a long time. With just a years' exposure, you are very unlikely to have any damaging consequences just yet.

I wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Best time to give up is now!

Detailed Answer:
HI,

Your smoking is huge and undoubtedly isn't helping with your health. I will strongly recommend that you stop smoking at this time. If you fail doing so, smoker have higher chances of developing cancers of the lungs and air passages.

The earlier you stop, the better for you. The best moment to stop is NOW. Take care of your health while you have the chance to. Also, PREVENTION is better than CURE.

I wish you well.

So, I could die of throats or lung cancer in a year or so from now, or is that highly unlikely? I'm really freaking out. It's hard to quit, but I can do it. If I were to stop now, it'd be too late anyway, right? Ten years is ten years too late. That's my guess.

Brief Answer:
Highly unlikley in a year!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is highly unlikely that you die form such cancers in a year. If you continue smoking, you are more likely to have such cancers. If you stop smoking today, you will have less chances of developing such cancers in future.

Ten years is not too late but any additional day you spend smoking is an additional day off good life.

I wish you well.
