Question : A few months ago I developed large red spots on the buttocks and legs which I was treated for psoriasis and the cream never worked. it was called triamcinolone acetonide. Then on May 11th I got pretty sick with extremely sore throat, swollen and sore lymph nodes in neck, chills and sweats and fatigue. May 12th we went to Florida and by may 15th I was itching all over and then by may 20th I had developed a different rash all over my body with Intense itching. I seen an immediate care Dr on May 22nd and he treated me for hives, gave me steroids, benadryl and 2.5% hydrocortisone. I'm not out of all the meds and nothing has helped. I'm still itching sebwrly and broke out worse. As well as bruising. what could this be, is it eben hives? in sending pics of both different rashes I've broke out in. thank you

Investigations required
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photographs.
It is looking like vasculitis, inflammation of small blood vessels under skin.
Such vasculitis is usually secondary to an underlying disease.
I suggest you to get few investigated.
Following is the list of tests required to be done.
1. Complete blood count including platelets and absolute eosinophil count.
2. ANA
3. Skin biopsy
Apply calamine lotion and take an antihistamine tablet like cetrizine for itch.
Let me know once you get all the reports.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you
