Brief Answer:
This could do due to respiratory tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
This could be due to respiratory tract infection.
I recommend you the following.
1) A course of antibiotics with Azithromycin. Since it is a prescription drug, you will have to get it from your physician.
2) Analgesic like tablet paracetamol for pain relief.
3) salt water gargling. Add a pinch of salt to a glass of warm water.
4) An expectorant cough syrup.
5) Avoid smoking. If you don't have this habit kindly ignore this suggestion.
6) Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.
7) Avoid spicy and refrigerated foods.

You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.

Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.

Take care
