Question : I have a yellow colour on the roof of my mouth , also my troath is sore , not very but sore , it feels like I've burned the roof of my mouth

Your symptoms of sore throat,yellow color on the roof of your mouth might be related with an viral infection ,bacterial infection or a fungal infection of your mouth.
This is hard to tell without examining your mouth.
You should consult a doctor so he can evaluate you , perform a physical examination. You may need to do some tests including a throat culture to determine what is specifically causing your symptoms in order to give you the right treatment.
If it is an bacterial infection he will prescribe you a course of antibiotics.If it is a fungal infection he will prescribe you antifungal medication.

In the meantime you can gargle salty water 3-4 times a day.
