Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are safe medications that you can use.

Sore throat can be related to viral or bacterial infection but it is most commonly viral cough and cold.

Paracetamol (tylenol) , as a pain killer , is safe in pregnancy so you can use this to help ease the pain.
NSAIDS, the other types of pain killers CANNOT be used (eg advil, aleve)

In addition to the paracetamol, chloroseptic spray or gargle can also be used or if not available, you can gargle warm salt water.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
